I used to work for this SOB CIO who would use tons of those little catch phrases and words that he's read on manuals on how to be a CIO and on those annoying inspirational posters. He even took it to the extreme by ending all his emails with "Teamwork!" But as fate would have it, it didn't take too long after he came in that he started replacing people in our department to put in his own friends and people he knew.

There was this one extremely annoying guy who was hoping that his lazy fat ass would be overlooked if he kissed the CIO's ass. He would point out all of our wrongdoings and cc the CIO in his emails to make himself look good. But sometimes I guess brownnosing isn't enough because this bastard got the axe. On a Friday, late in the afternoon (because research has shown that this is the best time to fire a person), this miserable fat bastard was called to HR and told to head out. As he left, he turned around and gave the bird to the CIO and the HR person and said "Yeah, Teamwork!"

Now I'm looking to see if I can have an inspirational poster printed up with the word "Teamwork!" on it and the picture of someone giving the bird.
